How to register for a team that has already been created

When a captain creates a team, he or she will send invitations to join the team via email, text, Facebook, or another medium. If you are having issues with or lost the URL, the captain will need to resend it.
DO NOT:
-create a new team with the same team name
-register as an Individual
This process (effective fall 2021) helps to ensure random players do not join a team as players must be invited to the team by the captain.
